These terms apply when you use Hot Shooter. By playing, you accept them.

18 and over only

You must be 18 or older to play Hot Shooter. Hot Shooter is not available in countries where games like it are not allowed.

Chips are play money

• Chips are for playing Hot Shooter only. They have no value in money.
• Chips can never be cashed out, exchanged for money or prizes, sold, or given or sent to other players.
• There are no real-money winnings. Winning at the table only gives you more chips to play with.
• Success in Hot Shooter does not mean future success at real-money gambling.

Buying chips

You can buy chips in the app through Apple. A purchase gives you a licence to use the chips in Hot Shooter and is final, except where the law or Apple's rules give you a right to a refund. Refunds are handled by Apple. Free chips are given every day, so you can always play without buying.

Fair play

The dice are rolled on our servers with true randomness, and the app only shows the result. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use more than one account to gain an advantage, or harass other players. We may remove chips gained unfairly and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and the e-mail address you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time. Unused chips are lost when an account is deleted or closed.

Changes and availability

We may change the game, the chips and these terms. We tell you in the app when a change matters to you. We try to keep Hot Shooter running, but we cannot promise it will always be available.
